Products With No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the sanitary nature of the products, we cannot accept returns under any circumstance on the following items: Doggie Pee Pads, Belly Bands, Diapers, or Bumpkins Barriers. Items sent back to us in this category will not be refunded to the customer.

Custom clothing: T. Bumpkins & Co. does not accept returns on customized or embroidered clothing. All items are made according to measurements provided by the customer so please measure your dog carefully. If you need help to measure your dog, please see our measuring guide.

15 Day Returns

All other items not specifically listed above are fully refundable with the exclusion of original shipping charges. Buyer agrees to send items back at buyer expense for a full refund or exchange. To request a refund or exchange, please contact our Returns Department for a Return Authorization Code. Items not returned to us in original saleable condition with all original retail packaging and labeling including clothing tags intact will be rejected for return.

Items that are returned without compliance with this policy will not be refunded or accepted for return.
